• Lead preparation and filing of SEC reports, including 10-K, 10-Q, and other required disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage external reporting processes and coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.
• Oversee technical accounting matters and provide guidance on complex transactions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process optimization.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing reporting team.

• CPA designation required (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and U.S. GAAP.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in a public company environment preferred.
