Capital One, a Fortune 500 company and one of the nation’s top 10 banks, offers a broad spectrum of financial products and services to consumers, small businesses and commercial clients. Our goal is to create one of the nation’s great banks, and we have the necessary ingredients: a strong balance sheet, resilient businesses, a massive customer franchise, strong analytical capabilities, and great people.

We nurture a work environment where people with a variety of thoughts, ideas and backgrounds, guided by our shared values, come together to make Capital One a great company—and a great place to work.

Within Capital One, the Regulatory Affairs function is responsible for managing all interactions with Federal Banking Regulators and providing advisory consulting to senior management with respect to onsite supervision and evolving regulatory policy matters.

We are seeking a Manager to play an integral role in ensuring that Capital One delivers on commitments to our regulators in a timely manner and proactively responds to the changing regulatory landscape.

  • Support development of well‑structured, accurate drafts of regulatory deliverables, including periodic supervisory reporting.
  • Monitor concurrent priorities and manage multiple tasks in parallel, exercising sound judgment when issues can be resolved autonomously versus when leadership engagement is needed.
