Assistant Manager | Hamilton Hotel | Lead the Action! A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:- Leading from the floor across multiple high-volume spaces
- Delivering standout guest service while keeping operations smooth
- Communicating clearly with staff, leaders, and guests,even on the busiest nights
- Supporting and motivating large teams across bars, bistro, gaming, and functions
- Ensuring compliance, safety, and high standards on every shift
- Responding to issues quickly, calmly, and with a solutions-focused mindset
- You’ve got strong experience in fast-paced hospitality leadership
- You perform at your best when the venue is pumping
- Exceptional communication skills,you keep teams calm, clear, and connected
- Confident leading big teams and managing multiple areas at once
- Thrive in a hands-on role where you’re on the floor, not behind a desk
- Hold current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Card
- This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
