• Leading from the floor across multiple high-volume spaces
• Delivering standout guest service while keeping operations smooth
• Communicating clearly with staff, leaders, and guests,even on the busiest nights
• Supporting and motivating large teams across bars, bistro, gaming, and functions
• Ensuring compliance, safety, and high standards on every shift
• Responding to issues quickly, calmly, and with a solutions-focused mindset

• You’ve got strong experience in fast-paced hospitality leadership
• You perform at your best when the venue is pumping
• Exceptional communication skills,you keep teams calm, clear, and connected
• Confident leading big teams and managing multiple areas at once
• Thrive in a hands-on role where you’re on the floor, not behind a desk
• Hold current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Card

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
