Sika is looking for an experienced District Sales Manager to join it's growing team in the Chicago, Illinois area for our Roofing business. The District Sales Manger will play a key role in:
* Positioning Sika as a company that provides quality products and service
* Supporting the activities of the Regional Manager as required
* Communicate and supervise within the District  Regional sales strategies, goals, objectives and plans to  meet District budgets, discount pricing and gross margin objectives
* Support the activities of the Regional Manager as required
* Maintain manufacturer representatives to accomplish District sales goals and objectives
* Manage, mentor and coach direct sales people within the District to accomplish sales goals and objectives## Your expertise - Our strength
* Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
* A minimum of 5 years of work experience with single-ply roofing application
* Previous management experience highly desirable
* Sales experience within roofing industry or building industry
* Technical knowledge of single-ply roof membrane installation, ideally Sarnafil
