Position Overview

We are seeking an Audit Manager to join a dynamic and expanding practice, providing leadership on audit engagements, managing high‑quality client relationships, and contributing to business development efforts while supporting the growth of the assurance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit engagements across commercial and nonprofit clients.
  • Oversee, mentor, and develop A&A associates to support long‑term team success.
  • Deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple projects and timelines.
  • Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and industry insight.
  • Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives and proposals.
  • Ensure audit quality and compliance with professional standards.
  • Support the growth of the practice through operational excellence and leadership.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of public accounting experience.
  • Commercial and Nonprofit audit experience required.
  • Proven leadership and staff‑development abilities.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Business development experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting;
    Master’s preferred.
  • Active CPA license required.
