Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse management and a strong understanding of inventory control and logistics. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company.

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including but not limited to receiving, storing, and shipping products
• Develop and implement efficient inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize loss or damage
• Manage a team of warehouse employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure safety and efficiency
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to stores
• Analyze data and provide reports to upper management regarding warehouse productivity and efficiency
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality and safety
• Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse management
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for warehouse operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
