** Summary
* * The HUB North American Excess Casualty Practice Leader is responsible for development, annual maintenance and execution of HUB’s excess casualty value proposition, internal and external delivery of the value proposition and both the strategic and financial objectives of the practice.  The scope of the role covers excess strategies for casualty insurance and risk financing / alternative risk products and solutions including but not limited to Workers’ Compensation, TX Non-Subscriber, General & Product Liability, Auto Liability, Umbrella and Excess Liability and related products including SML, Product Recall / Crisis Response, and Violence-related Liability products for the complex risk, middle market and small business segments within HUB.  

To ensure a comprehensive approach in our value proposition and delivery, the Excess Casualty Practice Leader will work with the North American Casualty Practice Leader and the appropriate leadership from Risk Control, Claims, Analytics, Carrier Management, Captives, Marketing, COO, Commercial P&C Leader and the various Industry leaders to ensure we have the appropriate Excess Casualty strategy/offering aligned with those respective practices or centers of influence.
** Job Duties and Responsibilities
*** Working with various regional and corporate leaders, develop the vision, overall strategy and brand for the excess casualty lines of business and segments.
* Continue the training, implementation and growth of the middle market Umbrella Panel with Carrier Management, Casualty Practice Leader and COO.  Oversee and modify (where appropriate) best in class specifications for our excess casualty submissions.
* Create and oversee Organic Growth (OG) goals for the Practice and strategize with Regional Practice Leaders, HUB Presidents, HUB CSOs, and practice members on how to drive the OG within the various geographies and…
