Asset Manager – Ørsted
OverviewYou’ll work closely with Operations, QHSE, and internal and external stakeholders to optimize performance, ensure operational efficiency and compliance, and maximize profitability of a portfolio of renewable energy assets. You will also manage relationships with commercial stakeholders, represent the organization’s interest, and identify opportunities for operational and financial improvements.
Responsibilities- Providing commercial and contractual leadership and oversight of assigned operating sites.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for tax equity partners, offtake partners, and local stakeholders.
- Ensuring full compliance and execution of all commercial contracts, including service agreements, offtake agreements and regulatory interactions.
- Providing leadership to associate asset managers.
- Representing and shaping our interests in commercial negotiations and due diligence for assigned assets, including tax equity investments and cash equity divestments.
- Managing continuous improvement for assigned assets’ processes.
- Experience with renewable wind and/or solar energy, power generation equipment and operations.
- Experience managing stakeholder communications and relationships.
- Experience in leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing supplier contractual performance and issue resolution.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, finance or a related field.
Base salary: $140,000–$180,000. Discretionary bonus: 7.5% target of base compensation (subject to change).
