As a Payment Manager, you will oversee a team of nine professionals responsible for processing payments received through multiple channels. The Payment Manager will ensure all payments are accurately applied within the system of record and that team members consistently follow internal and client-specific procedures.
The successful Payment Manager will work alongside their team in a secure processing environment, monitor daily workflow, maintain quality standards, and ensure payments are deposited timely into designated trust accounts. The Payment Manager will play a key role in driving accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence while supporting and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of payment processing professionals.
- Oversee the accurate processing and application of consumer payments.
- Ensure adherence to established SOPs and client-specific requirements.
- Monitor daily deposits and account reconciliation activities.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and productivity.
- Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Previous leadership experience in payment processing, financial operations, banking, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and process management skills.
- Previous managerial experience.
- Ability to lead teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods as needed.

Compensation range: $90,000-$130,000
