The Senior Application Conversions Project Manager – is responsible for leading end-to-end technology integration projects for acquired firms, as part of the M&A Integration Team. It will primary focused on BMS (Broker Management System) platform conversions. This role requires deep expertise in data migration and conversion, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams. The Senior Project Manager oversees all aspects of BMS conversion projects, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and high-quality delivery while managing complex data conversion work streams and cross-functional dependencies.

This role reports to the M&A PPM senior manager.

• Lead and manage full lifecycle BMS conversion projects from initiation through go-live and post-conversion stabilization
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, technical estimates, and deliverable timelines for a portfolio of concurrent conversion projects
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation across internal teams and external vendors
• Drive multiple concurrent integration projects, prioritizing tasks, identifying critical path items, and proactively assessing and mitigating risks
• Identify and communicate issues, risks, and/or changes throughout the infrastructure integration process in accordance with PPM governance and methodology
• Establish and enforce project governance, including status reporting, escalation protocols, and decision-making frameworks
• Track and report on key project metrics, including cycle time, milestone adherence, and quality indicators
• Manage activities related to transitioning the acquired business to a steady state within HUB
