Position Summary

The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful operation of a designated Spa Derma location, driving sales, and optimizing profitability. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule and requires a motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for leading teams, enhancing customer experience, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Partner with multiple leaders in the business-Regional Manager, VP of Operations and VP of Sales, Clinical Director and Education Director.
• Use training protocols to elevate customer service and patient experience.
• Oversee daily operations, including software management, spa maintenance, and patient satisfaction.
• Set, assign, and monitor team sales goals.
• Manage adverse reactions to treatments and maintain high standards of patient care.
• Support social media and influencer management.
• Coordinate equipment purchases, warranties, and maintenance.
• Oversee product inventory, ordering, and spa promotions.
• Hire, train, and mentor new staff, fostering a supportive team environment.
• Maintain procedures and protocols to streamline operations.
• Partner with the Events Manager for events and special projects as needed.
• Establish team goals, deadlines, and objectives.
• Supervise and handle disciplinary measures, ensuring a professional workplace.
• Drive budgeting and profit maximization efforts.

Qualifications

• Aesthetics license a plus, but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience of at least 15 direct reports.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
