** Position Summary
** The Junior Account Executive will assist and support the operations of the Account Management team, specifically the Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, and Managers on a daily basis. Qualified candidates must have an eagerness to learn and develop a good understanding of the overall sector and industry.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Assist account managers with pulling together proposals and become proficient with Rapport planning processes and tools to deliver on client objectives
* Develop proficiency in key media measurement tools (ie. Geopath) to deliver effective campaigns and fulfill client needs
* Gather production specs, issue posting instructions, and put together proof of performance documents
* Build an understanding of the financial/operations framework to effectively work with the finance team on billing requests
* Attend weekly vendor meetings and become an expert on all OOH formats currently available
* Begin building relationships with agency and vendor partners, including scheduling calls and meetings
* Be knowledgeable of all Mediabrands Specialty Business Units (SBUs) and their specific area of expertise
