About Advantage HQ

Advantage HQ is building the next generation of creator-led growth infrastructure for consumer brands.

We combine creative strategy, creator partnerships, performance content, whitelisting, affiliate distribution, paid media, and proprietary technology into one integrated growth system.

Our team manages more than $850 million in annual media spend and works with a network of more than 400,000 creators across Meta, Tik Tok, and You Tube. Through Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, we use data and AI to improve decision-making across creative production, creator selection, customer acquisition, campaign performance, and brand growth.

We work with ambitious consumer brands across health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, personal care, and lifestyle.

We’re looking for a strong people leader to lead and develop our Creative Talent Management team. This person will be responsible for building a high-performing team that consistently sources, vets, onboards, and coordinates creative talent to support our performance marketing campaigns, UGC production, design, and other creative initiatives.

You will own team performance, develop talent management processes, and ensure the team delivers qualified creative talent within agreed timelines and quality standards. You will coach and develop team members, establish clear performance expectations, address performance gaps, and build systems that support efficient and consistent execution as the business grows.

Working closely with Creative Leadership and other stakeholders, you will anticipate talent needs, manage team capacity, and align priorities with business objectives. This role requires someone who can lead people effectively, make data-informed decisions, solve operational challenges, and take ownership of team results.
