- Oversee efficient product and plant functionality, implementing LEAN processes and leading improvement teams using Lean-Six Sigma methodologies.
- Guide employees to create more efficient and smoother processes.
- Manage DMAIC and kaizen projects.
- Conduct meetings and document plant improvement initiatives.
- 5-10 years of leading lean/kaizen projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on problem solver with mechanical troubleshooting experience.
- Proven ability to coach and execute in a fast-paced setting.
- Successful track record using lean tools/methodologies for plant optimization.
- Willingness to travel 80%+; occasional international travel, 160-250k+ miles annually.
