- Plastics are responsible for working in production with consistent speed and accuracy while maintaining production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.
- Pours Urethane into molds and lines different pump parts
- Operates and maintains machinery and production line equipment
- Maintains a clean workstation and production floor.
- Follows health and safety standard.
- Follows production guidelines and specifications.
- Finalizes and packages products for shipment.
- Monitors the production line and removes faulty products.
- Participates in ongoing on-the-job training to adhere to company policies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by direct supervisor or higher.
- Pulls and puts away molds and cores based on manufacturing needs
- Maintains a clean and safe environment by adhering to company safety and procedure policies

Requirements- Troubleshoot Molding Problems
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Able to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.
- Ability to work as a team as well as being self‑directed
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. Physical capability to properly handle tooling and safely set up large pieces; including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products. Must be able to stand, sit and bend for long periods of time.
Work EnvironmentManufacturing environment: loud noise levels, high temperatures, dirt and sand.
Required PPE: steel‑toed shoes, safety glasses, dust masks, and/or respirators.
