Cintas is seeking Warehouse Associates (Garment Processor and other Production/Warehouse roles) to safely and accurately fulfill garment orders and support our production operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.

• Pick and process garment orders according to customer requirements.
• Stage carts for processing departments such as Direct Embroidery or Garment Processing.
• Maintain safety and courtesy in picking aisles.
• Safely operate a J Knife and other warehouse tools.
• Meet or exceed production and quality standards.
• Keep work areas organized and free of personal items.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen authorized to work in the United States.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in production, warehouse, or distribution work.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per day.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Capable of lifting, moving, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $15.75 - $20.35/Hour. The range takes into account factors considered in making compensation decisions including skills, experience, training, and other business needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role; compensation decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each decision.
