In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.# Production Supervisor Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising  job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems,  policies, and procedures
** About the job:
*** Maintains staff by orienting and training employees, as well as developing personal growth opportunities
* Maintains and monitors workflows and instructions
* Responsible for the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; process flow on shift production summaries
* Implements Operations standards
* Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action
* Lead Kaizen and LSGA Activities in the Department
* Escalates issues as necessary to ensure that manufacturing plans are properly executed
* Coordinates with the cross-functional team to ensure timely manufacturing to meet customer requirements
* Coordinate manpower and material resources to meet the weekly production schedule
* Updates tracking tools so that cross-functional teams can identify the readiness of other areas

* About you:

*** Bachelor's degree required at a minimum, or equivalent experience
* 2+ years of related work experience
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
