Educational Requirements- High school diploma or GED is required
- Trade school, formal training/significant work experience, or Associate's degree highly desirable
- Experience/familiarity with pipe wrenches, box wrenches and other similar tools
- Excellent mathematical skills (Addition, Subtraction, Fractions, Multiplication, and Percentages) are required
- Flexible schedule to work in a 24 hour per day operation and/or weekend/holiday work is required
- The ability to work from written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to work with a team, take direction from supervisor(s), adhere to required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules, as well as, take on additional job responsibilities as needed
- Superior work ethic and dependability
- Must be able to withstand extreme weather conditions as outside work is mandatory
- Physical requirements include, but may not be limited to, walking up and down stairs/ladders including heights over 40 feet, negotiating uneven surfaces, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to wear standard PPE (Hard Hat, Goggles, Rain Gear, Steel Toe Boots), and qualify to wear a Full Face Respirator
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to the Company and its insurers
- Successful completion of a background check, physical and drug screen upon offer
- Complete other related duties as assigned
- Experience with handling Hazardous liquid chemicals
- Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, Industrial Hygiene and other industry regulations a major plus
- Terminal Operator, Gauger and/or Maintenance Mechanic experience
$38.26 - $40.76
Job level and pay commensurate with experience and skill set as determined by the collective bargaining agreement.
