Product Assembler Technician (IHC)

What You’ll Do- Receive customer orders to complete installation or assembly jobs.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments.
- Assemble products according to National Assembler’s specifications.
- Build rapport with customers and ensure 100 % satisfaction through excellent service and quality.
- Piece rate: $20–$30/hr, with opportunities to earn more (full‑time or part‑time).
- Overtime pay and mileage reimbursement.
- Weekly pay.

Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Own reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Regular driving to customers’ homes and businesses (most jobs within 15–75 miles).
NAI pays our “in‑home” techs competitive base compensation with additional earnings per completed project. We focus on efficiency, quality, and safety. Full and part‑time work is available, and schedules vary by location. You will be a W‑2 employee, insured and eligible for benefits.
