Plant Manager

SUMMARY

A leading consumer products company is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at a high-volume, high-visibility food manufacturing facility with 200+ in the Chicagoland area (Western suburbs). This role oversees all aspects of production, safety, quality, and cost control while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Have a strong background in food and/or beverage manufacturing and can lead operations to meet production, safety, and quality targets.
• Bring expertise in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Can develop and coach large teams while creating a people‑first, performance‑driven culture.
• Possess strong fiscal discipline and are experienced in managing budgets, capital projects, and cost control initiatives.
