The Paint Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations for coating products. This hands‑on leadership role manages a team of maskers, painters, and mixers to ensure successful execution of daily production plans. The supervisor plays a key role in manpower development, adherence to quality standards, and process improvement while maintaining a strong presence on the production floor.

• Oversee day-to-day production operations
• Plan and develop manpower resources
• Ensure adherence to the quality plan and production goals
• Oversee operator‑performed maintenance activities
• Collaborate to execute preventative maintenance plans
  
  Maintain a hands‑on presence on the production floor
• Manage and document production processes
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• 5–10 years of experience in a related job area or function
• Experience with process documentation
• Experience setting up and working with paint equipment

• Coating or paint experience

This role requires a heavy presence on the production floor and involves working closely with production and quality teams to maintain operational efficiency and product quality.
