Pultrusion 2nd shift supervisor

The Pultrusion Operator Supervisor is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring pultrusion machines used to produce fiberglass or composite materials according to production specifications. This position ensures continuous operation of the production line, maintains quality standards, and performs routine checks to verify product dimensions and integrity. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Trains and works under the supervision of experienced press operator/trainers;
• Assists in setting up and operating presses;
• Obtains schedule and work orders to be used in production process;
• Prepares and releases materials for production;
• Performs quality checks on material;
• Prepares product for shipping;
• Operates tow motor when necessary;
• Assists other employees in the department with troubleshooting issues;
