We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our Molding Department as a Technician. This role combines responsibilities of Mold Setters, Press Set-Up Technicians, and Molding Operators to support the injection and thermal set molding product lines. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment is set up correctly, processes run efficiently, and production meets quality standards.

• Set up tools and molds for presses and molding machines.
• Inspect tools and machinery for fitness and safety before use.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve molding machine issues with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accurate process specifications and documentation.
• Provide technical support for products and processes.
• Investigate and resolve production problems and process nonconformities.
• Support ISO procedures and assist in responding to customer complaints.
• Partner with Maintenance and Plant Management teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Perform general housekeeping and promote a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of molding experience.
• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.
• Effective interpersonal communication and ethical work habits.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to shift coverage as needed.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
