We are seeking a motivated
** Lean Analyst
** to support continuous improvement activities in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will analyze processes, support lean training and projects, prepare reports and KPIs, and help drive improvements in quality, safety, delivery, and cost across the organization.
This is an on-site role in Kaunas, with occasional opportunities to work from home, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Lean.#
** About the job:
*** Analyze moderately complex value stream mappings to support developing continuous improvement recommendations. Analysis focuses on production/administration processes in the area of quality, safety, delivery, and cost
* Assist organizing and conducting lean training for internal employees
* Recommend processes improvement strategies for review and implementation
* Prepare reports, presentations, KPI’s summary
* Review and monitor project progress to ensure quality and adherence to project and company objectives
* Support a lean specialty subcommittee in area of focus
* Participates in workshops, projects related to function and department activities#

* About you:
*** Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
* At least 1 year of experience in process improvement, Lean practices, or related roles in manufacturing
* Knowledge of lean practices (six sigma, kaizen)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with all organizational levels
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail

The salary range for this position is
** 2200 EUR gross – 2800 EUR*
