Located on Chicago's west side, we occupy a facility with two full‑service anodizing lines, a full‑service bright dipping line, twenty‑six in‑house custom colors, hand polish and buffing machines, as well as laser marking robotic cells.

Chicago anodizing provides type II and type III coatings to a diverse range of industries. We occupy 70,000 square‑feet, employ over 80 people, and have an average employee tenure of 22+ years.

• Work closely with the night shift manager to oversee and support a small team.
• Utilize our ERP system to accurately and efficiently move and track parts.
• Ensure part counts are correct and that production standards and requirements are consistently met.

• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn and navigate our ERP system.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Experience with inventory software is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft applications.

Salary: $20 - $25 per hour
