Maintenance Supervisor​/Electrician

We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor / Industrial Electrician to lead maintenance operations in a fast‑paced screen printing and apparel production facility. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who understands production equipment, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance—and knows how to keep presses running and downtime low.

• Supervise and lead maintenance activities across screen printing and production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems
  , presses, dryers, conveyors, compressors, and related machinery
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Respond quickly to production issues and prioritize repairs during peak production
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and lockout/tagout procedures
• Coordinate with production leadership to support daily output and deadlines
• Maintain maintenance logs, parts inventory, and service records
• Mentor and guide maintenance staff or contractors as needed

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance
  , preferably in screen printing, apparel, or manufacturing
• Strong electrical troubleshooting background (industrial power, motors, controls, PLC familiarity a plus)
• Previous lead or supervisory experience
• Solid understanding of screen printing equipment (automatic/manual presses, dryers, reclaim systems)
• Ability to work hands‑on while also managing priorities and people
