Job Description:

Lead Lean Performance System initiatives that reduce waste, optimize operations, and guide cross-functional teams through lean transformation.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities:
  • Lead Lean/LPS improvement projects from scoping through execution
  • Drive change management activities and influence cross‑functional adoption
  • Optimize material flow, plant layout, and production processes
  • Coach and train supervisors, team leads, and internal stakeholders on Lean principles
  • Facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and continuous improvement events
  • Support KPI development, reporting, and metric‑based decision‑making
  • Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and quality teams
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of LPS standards and training materials
  • Mentor junior members of the LPS team
  • Stay current on lean trends and improvement methodologies
Must‑Haves:
  • 6–10 years total experience in operations, manufacturing engineering, or assembly environments
  • 3–5 years supervisory, coaching, or team‑lead experience
  • Strong project and change management background
  • Hands‑on experience with material flow optimization and layout improvements
  • Proven ability to lead Lean/CI projects end‑to‑end
  • Familiarity with automotive or Toyota Production System (TPS) environments
  • Knowledge of quality standards and operations best practices
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑influence skills
  • Ability to work in manufacturing/assembly environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice‑to‑Haves:
  • Experience from TSSC showcase companies
  • Background in industrial, operations, quality, or manufacturing engineering
  • Exposure to agile methodologies and operational excellence frameworks
