Machine Operator 1 – 2nd Shift

KIK Consumer Products seeks a dedicated Machine Operator for the 2nd Shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm). KIK is North America’s leading independent consumer product manufacturer with 40+ brands.

• Operate high‑speed liquid filling machinery including fillers, labelers, cappers, palletizers, depalletizers, case erectors, and heat‑induction sealers.
• Examine production orders to determine quantities, job specifications, and special instructions.
• Maintain time and production records and enforce quality standards.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting, minor adjustments, and changeovers.
• Follow Safety & GMP guidelines and comply with PPE, SOPs, and plant policies.

• 1–2 years’ experience as a machine operator in packaging.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.
• Proficient verbal, reading, and writing skills in English.
• Basic mathematics proficiency.
• Ability to take direction and work unsupervised.
