Production Team Lead-2nd Shift

world. located on Chicago's west side, we occupy a facility with two full-service anodizing
lines, a full-service bright dipping line, twenty-six in-house custom colors, hand polish and
buffing machines, as well as laser marking robotic cells. Chicago anodizing is a full-service
provider of type ii and type iii coatings for a selection of customers spanning a diverse
collection of industries.

Chicago anodizing is a third-generation family-owned business. We currently occupy
70,000 square feet in Chicago's Garfield Park neighborhood. We employ over 80 people,
with an average employee tenure of 22+ years.

Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the night shift manager to oversee and support a small team.
2. Utilize our ERP system to accurately and efficiently move and track parts.
3. Ensure part counts are correct and that production standards and requirements are
consistently met.

Requirements:
1. Bilingual (English and Spanish).
2. Basic computer skills and able to quickly learn and navigate our ERP system.
3. High school diploma or equivalent.
4. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
5.

Experience with inventory software is preferred
6. Basic understanding of Microsoft Apps.
