The Position

In this Production Laborer position, you will be operating machinery and performing tasks in a manufacturing setting in order to safely craft concrete products. These products serve to transform the landscape of residential and commercial properties all over the world. And you will have a hand in making that happen.

The work environment is fast-paced and over time a high level of expertise can be developed along with the ability to spot and correct errors. Ideal candidate swill have a strong sense of safety and the ability to perform all tasks in a safe, proficient manner , while understanding the importance of delivering a high quality, finished product .

This shift is from 1:00PM - 9:00PM, Monday - Friday. Occasional overtime and Saturday work may be required depending on the production and overall company business needs.

In this role, some of the duties you will perform are:

• Clean and prep empty molds for filling
• Operate controls on concrete pouring machinery to fill molds
• Remove excess concrete from molds for a clean finish
• Inspect for quality related issues as it relates the molds and forms
• Ensure products are being filled to the proper heights and cleaned thoroughly
• Clean all equipment and machines
• Learn and perform other production related duties as needed

* Requirements include being on your feet for long periods and being able to lift objects in excess of 50 lbs.
