This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your work directly impacts our customers, production teams, and on-time delivery.

You’ll be trusted to handle materials and inventory with accuracy, safety, and ownership—because doing it right matters here.

Load and unload materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (safely and correctly)

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with attention to detail

Pick, pack, label, trim, cut, and prepare outgoing shipments efficiently

Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet Seat King standards

Enter data, process transactions, and maintain inventory accuracy in the Syteline ERP system

Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory and packaging material levels

Collaborate closely with logistics, customer service, and production teams to keep work flowing

Organize and prioritize daily workload to meet deadlines

Identify issues, think creatively, and suggest process improvements

Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment

Follow all safety, security, and ISO 9001 protocols—every time

Report equipment or maintenance issues promptly

High School Diploma or GED required

6+ months of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred

Experience with Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, or domestic shipping systems is a plus

Comfortable working with ERP systems (Syteline experience a plus)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and work in a physical environment

Willingness to work extended hours as needed

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

Commitment to safety and following established procedures

Stable manufacturing environment with strong values
