A-shift: 5am-2pmB-shift 2:15pm-11pm

Starting pay: $20.95/HR

This position is responsible for performing a variety of production-related tasks in a food manufacturing environment. Team members may be assigned to departments including, but not limited to, Top Butt Line, Bone-In Line, Ground Beef, Packaging, Marination, and Distribution.

• Process, package, and handle beef and pork products in accordance with food safety, quality, and production standards.
• Operate equipment and perform production line tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.

• Must be able and willing to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Must be able and willing to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Some positions may require the use of knives, cutting tools, or other production equipment.

Work is performed in a food production facility where temperatures typically range from 36°F to 42°F to maintain product quality and freshness.

Exposure to raw beef and pork products is required.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
