Production Line Equipment Operator

At Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc., you’ll keep high-performing manufacturing lines running smoothly as a Production Line Equipment Operator. From the first shift’s startup to the last quality check at day’s end, you’ll play a critical role in safe, reliable production with steady hours, weekly pay, and room to grow.

Compensation & Schedule Pay range: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (starting at $20.00 per hour)
Shift differentials: +$1.00 for 2nd Shift, +$2.00 for 3rd Shift Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (AM/PM options)
Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
A day in the role

You arrive to a clean, organized manufacturing floor. After reviewing the day’s targets, you:

Load and unload product by hand, moving items in and out of production equipment safely

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot assigned machinery to keep throughput on track

Follow SOPs, safety rules, and quality guidelines without compromise

Conduct routine equipment checks to confirm proper operation

Record production data and maintain accurate inventory and documentation

Communicate issues promptly and collaborate with teammates to resolve them Finish by tidying your station—everything in its place for the next runWhat you bring

High school diploma or GED Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions

Basic math, reading, and mechanical aptitude

Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

Self-directed in a fast-paced setting

Willingness to work weekends as scheduled

Preferred

Previous production or manufacturing experience

Familiarity with lean/continuous improvement methodologies

Work environment

Active manufacturing floor with running machinery and equipment noise

Occasional exposure to production material components

Fast-moving, team-oriented production setting
