You will run shifts with the Kitchen Manager, train staff on recipes and food safety, plan production schedules, manage inventory, and ensure gluten-free cross-contact controls. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in bakery or food manufacturing, 1+ year in a lead role, and Serv Safe certification or willingness to obtain it within 30
