We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Chicago, IL. This role involves CNC Programming, Machine Setup, and Precision Machining using CNC Mills, Lathes, and Multi-Axis Equipment

• Program, Set Up, and Operate CNC Mills, Lathes, and Machining Centers
• Perform 3-Axis, 4-Axis, and Multi-Axis Machining
• Develop, Edit, and Troubleshoot CNC Programs
• Read Blueprints, Engineering Drawings, and GD&T Specifications
• Select Tooling, Speeds, Feeds, and Cutting Parameters
• Inspect Finished Parts and Maintain Tight Tolerances

• 3+ Years of CNC Programming or Machining Experience
• CNC Milling, Turning, or Lathe Experience
• CNC Machine Setup and Operation
• G-Code and M-Code Knowledge
• Blueprint Reading and Precision Measurement
• Strong Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills

• 4-Axis or 5-Axis CNC Machining
• Mastercam or Similar CAD/CAM Software
• Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or Siemens Controls
• CNC Mill-Turn or Swiss-Type Machining
• Experience with Precision or Custom Manufacturing
