Looking for a full-time job with a consistent daytime schedule and excellent benefits? United Gasket is hiring Production Machine Operators!
Whether you have manufacturing experience or are looking to learn new skills, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in quality work and enjoy being part of a team.
What You'll DoOperate production machinery to cut, slit, fabricate, and assemble rubber and other materials.
Load materials into machines and monitor equipment during production.
Check finished products for accuracy and quality.
Measure, inspect, and package completed parts.
Follow production orders, work instructions, and safety procedures.
Record production information and report equipment concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
What We're Looking For Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required — training is available!
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Basic math and measuring skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic computer skills.
High school diploma or GED required.
