Associate Production Manager

TRILLEX Music Group is an independent, globally driven music company focused on finding strong records early and building artist momentum through disciplined production, release strategy, and digital execution.

We are hiring an Associate Production Manager to join our established production department and help manage projects across both covers and originals.

This is not the department lead role. You will work closely with our existing Production Manager, help run the daily production pipeline, and oversee a small team of producers and vocal contributors.

You are joining a solid team with clear KPIs, established workflows, and working systems already in place. You will not be asked to build the department from zero or carry the full pipeline alone. Your purpose is to increase the Production Manager’s capacity, strengthen daily execution, and learn the complete production process as the department grows.

• Support the Production Manager with daily coordination across cover and original projects.
• Help move approved projects through the full production pipeline, from assignment and creative direction to final approval and a complete handoff that is ready for distribution.
• Oversee a small team, keep responsibilities clear, monitor capacity, follow up on progress, and make sure deadlines are understood and respected.
• Coordinate with producers, vocalists, artists, and relevant team members so every project has the recordings, feedback, files, and decisions it needs.
• Give producers clear, specific, and actionable feedback on arrangement, sound selection, vocal production, mixing, and mastering.
• Make sure cover projects follow the approved reference, structure, vocal, and quality requirements while original projects stay aligned with the approved creative direction.
• Manage priorities across low, normal, high, and urgent projects without sacrificing quality.
• Perform quality control on mixes and masters, route revisions quickly, and contribute technical improvements when needed.
• Keep production tasks, project folders, source files, final files, and status updates accurate and organized.
• Track agreed KPIs and provide clear updates on progress, quality, capacity, delays, and workflow improvements.
• Identify blockers early, elevate them clearly, and help close every follow up loop.
• Learn the complete TRILLEX production system and gradually take on more responsibility as the team expands.

• An experienced music producer with a strong technical ear for arrangement, sound design, vocal production, mixing, and mastering.
• Someone who can work confidently across both covers and originals and understands that each requires a different creative and quality approach.
• Proven ability to guide producers and vocalists with precise, practical feedback.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities, deadlines, and team members.
• A clear communicator who follows up consistently and raises problems before they become emergencies.
• A collaborative operator who is comfortable supporting an existing Production Manager while taking real ownership of assigned work.
