Nidec is seeking production staff in the United States. Starting Skilled Labor rate is $25.67 per hour with a sign-on bonus;
Production starting at $21.83 per hour. Increases occur every 3 months with a top out at 12 months.
Benefits include Day 1 eligibility, 9% 401k contribution, technical incentive, paid holidays and paid vacation. Shifts include 1st, 2nd with a 5% premium for 40 hours, and 3rd with a 10% premium. Work involves operating equipment to wind components in electrical motors.
