• They monitor campaign performance, coordinate with internal teams, and communicate client feedback to drive improvements in strategy and creative output.
• Acting as the main point of contact for client accounts, responding promptly to inquiries and requests
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement campaign strategies tailored to client objectives
• Preparing detailed reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI for clients and management
• Gathering market intelligence and client feedback to refine messaging and promotional tactics
• Coordinating schedules, deadlines, and deliverables between internal teams and clients
• Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and creative briefs for new campaigns
• Monitoring budgets, approving costs, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials
