We are seeking an experienced Social Media Management professional to lead our social media management practice. You will be responsible for setting up, embodying, and growing our social media management practice, owning the definition and implementation of processes, workflows, and social media playbooks, and managing social media managers and community managers across our clients.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Overall, you will:
- Set up, embody, and grow the social media management practice of the agency.
- Own the definition and implementation of processes, workflows, social media playbooks, content production timelines, social content calendars, reporting, and more.
- Manage social media managers and community managers across the agency’s clients.
- Collaborate with business, strategy, data, content creators, and production teams to bring everything to life.
- Increase process vision and overall creative development efficiency within the agency.
- Oversee and manage TBWA’s customized and proprietary Screen Dragon PM tool with the PM team and greater business teams.
- Provide leadership across the social media management practice, offering efficient project planning and staff management.
- Motivate the team by displaying a high level of respect, positivity, accountability, and clear, proactive communication.
- Facilitate a collaborative, steady environment to enable and encourage the best work.
- Partner closely with creative teams to ideate and implement original engagement tactics.
Make it Happen:
- Communicate objectives and priorities clearly, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and error-free.
- Create and manage individual project estimates, flagging changes in direction or scope as early as possible.
- Work closely with brand and agency leaders to determine resource allocation.
- Have an understanding of the client’s finances to be more effective, both internally and with the client team.

- Contribute new ideas and challenge yourself by identifying new areas of interest for personal career development.
Qualifications:
You have 5+ years of Social Media Management experience with strong upward management progress, experience managing a team, and confident decision-making skills. You are experienced with Project Management and Social Content Workflow tools and software, digitally savvy, and an expert on the ins and outs of campaigns and content publishing on You Tube, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, Facebook, and more.

Location:
We are only considering candidates who currently live in or wish to relocate to New York City or Nashville. The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, and benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, vacation, sick, and personal days.
