Creative Director, Copy (pharma agency experience required)
EVERSANA INTOUCH is a global, full‑service marketing agency network serving the life sciences industry. We provide next‑generation creative and media services for clients.
Base pay range: $139,000–$206,000 per year.
We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong background in creative direction, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities- Oversee development and execution of creative concepts that align with brand vision and marketing objectives.
- Think and execute exceptional conceptual abilities within a multimedia landscape.
- Passionate about creating work that matters.

- Inspire – understand and set trends in healthcare marketing.
- Push the envelope – leverage industry knowledge to deliver compelling work that drives behavior.

- Present to persuade – articulate creative solutions; lead pitch and presentation efforts.
- Maintain a can‑do attitude – anticipate and adjust for obstacles.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 12+ years of digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing experience.
- 2+ years in pharmaceutical marketing; drug launch knowledge highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing including disease state, product science, therapeutic standards, legal restrictions, and competitive markets.
- Experience working with therapeutic clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Book of strategic and visually compelling work.
- Management and supervisory experience with sense of humor.
- Understanding of both creative and strategic aspects of advertising and leadership.
