Creative Director, Copy (pharma agency experience required)

EVERSANA INTOUCH is a global, full‑service marketing agency network serving the life sciences industry. We provide next‑generation creative and media services for clients.

Base pay range: $139,000–$206,000 per year.

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong background in creative direction, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee development and execution of creative concepts that align with brand vision and marketing objectives.
  • Think and execute exceptional conceptual abilities within a multimedia landscape.
  • Passionate about creating work that matters.

  • Inspire – understand and set trends in healthcare marketing.
  • Push the envelope – leverage industry knowledge to deliver compelling work that drives behavior.

  • Present to persuade – articulate creative solutions; lead pitch and presentation efforts.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing experience.
  • 2+ years in pharmaceutical marketing; drug launch knowledge highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing including disease state, product science, therapeutic standards, legal restrictions, and competitive markets.
  • Experience working with therapeutic clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Book of strategic and visually compelling work.
  • Management and supervisory experience with sense of humor.
  • Understanding of both creative and strategic aspects of advertising and leadership.
