CompensationBase salary range: $140,000 - $180,000 per year.

As Senior Manager of Brand Marketing & Innovation reporting to the CEO, you will be the brand’s chief storyteller and innovation architect. You will own the full brand strategy, evolving our positioning, building compelling brand decks and toolkits, leading experiential activations, and guiding our social approach (in partnership with our Social Media Manager).
You will also lead the end-to-end innovation pipeline across product, packaging, formats, and new category exploration—shaping the ideas that will define our next phase of growth.
Responsibilities- Lead and evolve our brand strategy, positioning, narrative, portfolio vision, and long‑term brand ambition.
- Build best‑in‑class brand decks, playbooks, and storytelling tools for internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Oversee brand expression across experiential marketing, events, partnerships, and in‑person activation.
- Partner with our Social Media Manager to guide overarching brand direction, tone, narrative pillars, and content strategy.
- Set a bold, insight‑led innovation vision identifying whitespace, emerging trends, unmet consumer needs, and new category opportunities.
- Build and manage a multi‑year innovation roadmap, including extensions, new platforms, and disruptive “blue sky” ideas.
- Develop business cases rooted in consumer insight, category dynamics, profitability, and strategic fit.
- Evaluate competitive landscape and trends to ensure we remain a leader in functional wellness products.
- Serve as the connective tissue across Marketing, Product, Insights, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Guide cross‑functional teams through full development cycles—anticipating obstacles and providing creative solutions.
- Create and deliver launch toolkits, storytelling materials, and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Measure launch performance and optimize using data and insight.
- Partner with our Amazon, D2C and eComm partners to shape a consistent story across touchpoints.
- Partner with sales and insights to develop clear customer journey and prioritize activations against strategic growth channels.

- 10+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Innovation, and/or Product Marketing (CPG or wellness required).
- Experience developing brand strategy, building innovation pipelines, and launching consumer‑loved products.
- Exceptional storyteller with strong presentation skills.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable navigating fast‑moving, scrappy environments.
- Consumer‑obsessed with deep insights and category understanding.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with excellence.
