Reporting to the Vice President of Innovation & CX, the Director of Marketing and Strategy helps to define and elevate the Refreshments brand in the market. They are responsible for leveraging insights, food service operational knowledge, and client understanding to deliver innovative marketing strategies to enhance customer experiences and achieve growth objectives. Working closely with the RVPs and VPOs, the Director serves as a critical liaison between Marketing and Operations, ensuring alignment with client needs and Aramark’s strategic goals.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Aramark’s objectives and client needs.
- Lead and develop a high performing team of Regional Marketing Managers and Field Customer Experience Specialists to drive retention and base business growth across the region.
- Collaborate with WXG Marketing, Convenience Retail and OpX teams to launch new offerings or seasonal activations.
- Collaborate across the line of business to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs across client locations.
- Support collateral, presentations, and proposal templates that effectively communicate Aramark’s value proposition.
- Deploy consumer engagement tools and marketing programs at customer locations to enhance client satisfaction.
- Participate as a subject matter expert in key presentations and client meetings, including quarterly and annual business reviews.
- Travel across region as needed to ensure the implementation of standards and marketing strategies.
- Direct the development of annual strategic regional marketing plans and ensure adherence to marketing calendars and deliverables.
- Ensure timely and budget‑conscious delivery of key marketing projects. Monitor tools such as to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing management positions with demonstrated success, preferably in hospitality industry – specifically restaurant and/or food service industry.
