Overview

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Customer Marketing Manager to manage and execute customer lifecycle campaigns. This role will own email marketing for customers while serving as a key stakeholder in managing overall communication governance. In addition, this position will execute various client retention, product adoption and upsell campaigns. It will also support various seasonal initiatives such as open enrollment and year-end readiness.

The ideal candidate will work closely with various Business Units, Customer Experience teams and Client Sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and delivered successfully. This person should have a keen eye for analytics and be ready to optimize according to business needs and campaign performance.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end customer marketing email strategy and execution while serving as a key gatekeeper for communication governance.
  • A customer-first mindset in developing and optimizing campaigns that support client upsell and product adoption in collaboration with a variety of partners including Customer Experience, Client Sales, Product Marketing and key Business Units.
  • Partner closely with various stakeholders to understand customer segments and pain points to build client retention campaigns that help increase customer lifetime value.
  • Assist with key seasonal campaigns such as open enrollment and year-end readiness to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support a variety of Advocacy initiatives as needed including key programs like review customer events and case study promotion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field - Required.
  • 5 years of experience in Marketing or related roles.
Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $73,130.40 - $ Annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
