SummaryHyatt seeks a strategic, media-savvy, external communications leader to serve as Director, Corporate Reputation Communications within the Global Enterprise Communications Hub. This role is responsible for shaping and delivering Hyatt’s enterprise-level narrative to external stakeholders with a focus on building and measuring the company’s brand reputation and impact.

QualificationsThis is a high-impact, external communications role for a strategic thinker and strong storyteller who is a constant learner of both communications and the hospitality industry. This individual will thrive at the intersection of brand purpose, executive leadership, and earned influence.
Responsibilities include:
- Expertise in corporate media relations, prioritizing global business media and industry media
- Leading strategy and execution for executive visibility with the company’s leadership (including social media presence), prioritizing members of the C-suite
- Implementing measurement for initiatives and brand reputation, with a bias for experimentation
- Fluency in the company’s commercial performance and key business drivers
- Close collaboration with Investor Relations, Crisis Communications and World of Care teams on external storytelling
- Managing one direct report
- 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, or executive visibility roles
- Strong track record of earned media placements and media relationship building, especially in corporate, purpose-driven, or trade sectors
