. This position will lead the strategy, positioning, messaging, and execution of go‑to‑market plans to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for the company’s product portfolio.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will oversee comprehensive marketing strategies and go‑to‑market efforts, focusing on aggressive growth through new business development, product upsells, and brand awareness. A critical component of this role is taking the lead on product and marketing‑focused sales enablement, collaborating closely with Business Development, Onboarding, and Customer Success to arm them with narratives, tools, and content.

• Create, execute, and fully own the marketing plan to drive Freestar’s growth and maintain market leadership.
• Own product‑led demand generation to deliver qualified inbound leads for Business Development.
• Find creative ways to drive brand awareness and capture potential customer attention.
• Assist in sales enablement initiatives and create compelling materials (articles, videos, decks, newsletters, etc.), conduct webinars, and support industry events.
• Work closely with the CRO and CEO to determine growth strategies and act on hypotheses.
• Analyze target market information to recommend impactful marketing approaches.
• Prepare and execute advertising campaigns based on market research.
• Oversee and produce digital and/or print promotional and communication materials.
• Ensure all materials present a clear, unified, positive image for the company.
• Promote and attend special events and functions.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

• Proven experience establishing and leading product marketing functions for a B2B tech/SaaS company.
• Product marketing experience within the ad tech industry.
• Experience designing a successful inbound marketing strategy for mid‑market and enterprise companies.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and funnel development.
• Proactive and creative in a fast‑growing company.
• Strong internal drive to grow as a marketing leader.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.

• 3‑6 years of experience in B2B tech/SaaS marketing.
