• Lead cross‑functional strategy, drive multi‑channel digital media roadmaps, and manage account priorities.
• Serve as the expert on marketing budgets, media mix, and performance KPIs, and translate data into clear client insights.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior client leaders, develop growth strategies, and deliver enterprise media outcomes.
• Manage direct reports, foster open communication, and create a culture of 360‑degree feedback.

• 5+ years leading cross‑functional business strategies with strong communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, experience managing large datasets, and ability to drive client impact in ambiguous environments.
• Experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, customer data, Mar Tech, or related marketing discipline.
• Direct report management experience and client management background.

Pay Transparency
Base salary: $90,000 – $132,000 (inclusive of a 20% bonus). Additional benefits and compensation details are listed below.
