Ad Strategies is a boutique recruitment marketing and employer branding agency in Scottsdale, AZ. We service enterprise and Fortune 500 clients across various industries including Tech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Transportation, Insurance and Finance.
We’re searching for a Senior Client Consultant to cultivate and sustain client relationships by assist them in achieving their talent acquisition objectives through effective recruitment marketing and employer branding practices. Project examples range from media planning and buying, recruitment marketing strategy and ad placement, brand campaigns and strategies, and presenting regular performance summaries showing ROI. Our clients work in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition while our vendors work in media technology.
Successful Client Consultants seamlessly integrate both worlds.
Additionally, this role will hold advisory responsibilities in the growth and development of our brand and service lines. If you’re knowledgeable in recruiting, talent acquisition, TA Tech or marketing and have a proven track record of Account Management success, we’d like to meet you.
As a Senior Client Consultant, you will:
· Act as a strategic partner and subject matter expert for your clients’ recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts (with the assistance of an internal support team)
· Leverage your years of industry experience to help direct the future growth of the agency
· Become a trusted advisor, developing and delivering insightful presentations for recruitment marketing & employer brand strategies and Q performance reports
· Collaborate closely with your Media Analyst on marketing and media plans to ensure strategic placement of jobs ads and recruitment marketing campaigns
· Coach and aid in the development of junior team members
· Identify opportunities to raise clients’ talent brand awareness and position their jobs more effectively, in partnership with our marketing and brand team members
· Identify and anticipate potential risks before the client does and implement solutions to ensure client satisfaction
· Have a deep understanding of media platforms and products to assist with clients’ overall recruitment marketing efforts (including job boards and social platforms such as Linked In, Glassdoor, Indeed, Programmatic, Career Arc, etc.)
· Manage media partner relationships to oversee various job and marketing campaigns, performance and optimization opportunities, and keep a pulse on product updates and rollouts
· An experienced account manager with 5+ years of success in a B2B client success or account management role; preferably in an agency setting
· Someone who excels in project management, organization and communication. Setting and meeting deadlines is no sweat for you!
· Someone who is passionate about employer branding, recruitment marketing, relationship management and account growth.
· Someone with proven success pitching creative, marketing, and web strategies to leadership and decision-makers of enterprise brands
· An upbeat team member with the confidence to share ideas, invent, learn and collaborate
