$100,000 - $110,000 per year + Full Benefits, 401K Match, and PTO
We are a fast-growing premium beverage brand disrupting the wellness and functional drink space with clean ingredients, elevated design, and a bold voice. As we continue our national expansion across retail and e-commerce, we’re looking for a Consumer Brand Manager to drive strategy, visibility, and consumer engagement across all channels. This role is ideal for a strategic and creative marketer who knows how to connect with modern consumers, elevate brand storytelling, and execute performance-driven marketing across both digital and in-store environments.
Brand Ownership
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s voice, identity, and positioning across all consumer and trade touchpoints
- Ensure visual and verbal brand consistency across packaging, advertising, retail, and digital content
- Collaborate with design, product, and executive teams to develop and uphold brand standards
- Create and manage brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and partner playbooks
- Support internal teams and external agencies with tools and assets that reinforce brand consistency
- Own and manage the brand marketing calendar including seasonal pushes, product launches, and promotional campaigns
- Lead integrated campaigns across paid media, influencer partnerships, retail marketing, email, and events
- Oversee go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and regional rollouts
- Travel to key markets and retail partners to support campaign execution, product education, and brand consistency
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling, high-converting campaign assets
- Create and distribute retail toolkits to support sell-in and sell-through with key accounts and distributors
- Manage organic and paid social strategies across platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, and emerging channels
- Build influencer, affiliate, and creator partnerships that align with the brand’s identity and values
- Drive content strategies that create community and tell the brand story in an authentic, relevant way
- Collaborate with eCommerce and CX teams to develop programs that increase customer retention and loyalty
- Stay ahead of beverage, wellness, and cultural trends to keep the brand fresh, timely, and innovative
Analytics & Optimization
- Track campaign and channel performance
- Report on KPIs including brand awareness, engagement, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
- Optimize marketing mix and budget allocation based on insights and real-time data
- Test creative, messaging, and offers to improve outcomes and maximize ROI
- Provide strategic recommendations for scaling high-performing efforts and phasing out low-impact ones
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in brand management within a consumer-facing company, with direct ownership of physical product lines and go-to-market strategy
- Proven track record of managing high-impact digital campaigns and cross-functional brand initiatives
- Strong grasp of social platforms, paid media strategy, content marketing, and email/SMS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Willingness and ability to travel 30% or more as needed for retail visits, campaign launches, and events
