Social Creative Strategist (Executive Creative Recruiter at Synergis)

• Coordinate and execute approved social media campaigns and community-driven initiatives across platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook, including surprise & delight and other gifting, brand advocacy programs, and brand partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure campaign alignment with brand strategy and goals.
• Manage timelines and track deliverables for social campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for consumer engagement such as product gifting, surprise & delight initiatives, and creator partnerships.
• Support social listening efforts to find trends and engagement opportunities.
• Research and evaluate potential brand and creator partnerships and collaborations.
• Develop social media strategies for content, audience engagement, and platform optimization.
• Create recommendations for consumer engagement initiatives and platform opportunities.
• Consult on performance analytics and reporting in collaboration with social media data analysts.
• Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats.

• 2+ years of experience in social media strategy and campaign execution.
• Experience in social strategy development beyond content creation.
• Experience in community management and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of partnership coordination and creator collaboration.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred).
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $25.00 to $32.00. Benefits available to full‑time employees include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
